Week 1

Contextual Studies is teach by Mr. Charles and Mr. Choy. In week 1 , we are given a brief of this module. As Mr. Charles this module is all based on self- directed learning , we need to do many research on each assignment. Our self- discipline is important in this module. In this module we need to observe , study meaning & purpose behind ''something'' , crucial to inculcate the habit of asking '' why'' .

Mr . Charles also discuss with us a topic which is Transhumanism . We require to do a presentation the next week . They discuss about maybe technology can replace human such as robot .

Transhumanism is the belief or theory that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations, especially by means of science and technology.

Why human need enhancement?

Enhancement made human can overcome many problems like aesthetic expression , longevity, curing disabilities , health and intelligence. People always is a greedy person need more like people sacrifice their money to do plastic surgery for beauty. In medical view , people that have loose their limbs can use prosthetics as instead . This is technology brings the enhancement and create transhumanism.

Besides that ,we have a theme every week . Next week we need to bring a food that whole class never try it before. I am excited for it.
